Located in the Bluff Park neighborhood of Long Beach, this charming remodel has an added guest house and required aerial photography at the beginning and end of the video, revealing the very short walk to the beach.

Perched on top of Signal Hill in Long Beach, with a nearby community pool. Aerial shots revealed the landscape, gated community, swimming pool and offered birds-eye property line parameters for graphics artists to complete an exterior drawing to go with the property floor plans.
